There are many various ways we can organize computers. The next big revalation that I think will come to the ogranization of computers will be more advanced screen sharing and multi-way editing through that screen sharing. There are already programs out there like Teamviewer that allow people to share their screens but the editng both ways feature is something that needs to be touched up on. I have a feeling that emails will evenatually go away and be replaced by fasted instant messaging. My favorite websites will eventually updated completely to run smoother on mobile devices because that is the future. RSS feeds and Blog posts will organize the way people think but I have this feeling that those services will slowly drift away.

Military Soundproof Rooms May Not Be All Soundproof
- When members of the military or Obama need to talk in total privacy while on the go, they use these soundproof rooms.
- These soundproof rooms are portable and can be taken anywhere.
- These rooms are said to be soundproof but a new study shows that the doors cannot be sealed properly and they let sound escape.
- This escape of sound could leak out potential classified information.
- The engineer that conducted the initial tests to see if the theory was true, will conduct 13 more to further enhance his results.

Twitter/Instagram and the Future
Twitter/Instagram and the Future
Twitter is the next great educational tool. Twitter is a great program that can dither the education experience. With twitter, teachers can tweet out homework and assignments to ensure that students get the information that they need. This can also be used to remind students about assignments to make sure they get them in on time. With hashtags, teachers can organize all posts and feeds, and it can make it so that the teacher can check certain posts without having to go on a students twitter. With Instagram, teachers can once again, post assignments and possibly even pictures, that will help the students with the project. With a picture on the internet, the student can always have the assignment at all times as long as they have their device with them. Like twitter, a teacher can access a hashtag so try can see a certain post, but not the students personal profile.
Certain problems can arise from this concept however. With the ability to view students profiles, it puts the teachers, and students at risk, for having their privacy invaded. Furthermore, other people can become aware of the hashtag and spam it, or fill it with material that is either inappropriate, or has nothing to do with the project, since anyone on the internet has access to that hashtag.

RSS Feed Discussion Questions
1) Why did you select the sites you subscribed to? The sites that I've selected were based on meeting the criteria of the project while picking from my own interests for the third folder. Most of the third folder consisted of computer and technology related topics and companies that I find interest in.
2) Was it easy to find the feeds and subscribe to them? Most of the feeds were easy to find because when I googled for the sites, i added, "RSS," to the search so it brought me directly to the url. Adding them was very easy due to the ease of use provided with digg.
3) Which sites were your favorite? My favorite sites would have to be The Walking Dead feed and the CDC feed because the CDC played a big part in The Walking Dead.
4) What else can you use RSS feeds for? RSS feeds can be used to show people who are not that technologically advanced to keep up with things they are interested in since all the sites they could be interested in are all in one place.
5) How likely are you to use RSS feeds in the future? I will probably not use RSS feeds in the future because I am already accustomed to going to the different websites and see no need to have all of them in one place.

Ghandi Quote 11/18/2013
Seeing the struggles people face ignite my desire to help. I'm very involved with helping the things my church does and one of those things is feeding the homeless. I went to help for the first time, jut because it seemed like a nice thing to do, and I had nothing else to do on a Tuesday night. Upon arriving to the place, I saw the few people lining up to come in and eat. After the night started, seeing all the people come in and how happy the food made them really ignited me to continue to help. I happily served everyone for the rest of the night and now, I go to feed them whenever I can.
In the future I hope to become an architect. This career can not only serve as my dream job, but it can help whichever community I may be living in. Being an architect means I can created buildings that are, "green," or environmentally friendly. This could reduce the pollution of the community and help strengthen it's environmental aspects.

Philippines Article
Recent devastation has brought pain and awful circumstances to the Philippines. The death toll and total destruction is unimaginable. Hearing of the occurrence of these events has caused many different thoughts to run through my head. The biggest thought going through my head has been, what if something equally devastating happened to me? The closest I've come to this was witnessing Hurricane Sandy. Things can be done to help though. There are many sites and organizations that help the ones in trouble and to help those organizations, the donation of money is the biggest factor. The best thing anyone, or even myself could do would be to donate money to the organizations that help the ones in trouble. The most prominent organization helping out now is The Red Cross. Here is a link to help out.

Wiki Research
Wikis can be used in many different classes. Wikis can be used to find crucial information on certain topics to do presentations. Wikis can also be used to provide extra knowledge on subjects to reinforce topics being covered by teachers. Wikis can also be used to figure out how to do certain things such as in math. The benefits of using a wiki are to collaborate on subjects or to find out information on a topic you need information on or to re-clarify something. In this class, we can use a wiki to keep up with assignments and between group members on a group project. I currently only have experience using wikis for information for projects but no knowledge on creating them.

Invisibility
I had been chosen to wear an invisible cloak for a day to preform a good deed. I decided that for my deed I help rescue animals from animal abusers. One of the most awful crimes a person could commit is abusing an animal. Most animal abusers keep the entire act secretive and they hide it even more if they suspect that someone is coming to check on it. Being invisible, it is possible to sneak into where they are keeping the animals and rescue them.
That day 9 abused animals were rescued without the abusers even knowing. We could sneak in easily then carefully take the animal out and to an animal hospital because they were hurt and needed medical attention. They also had to be taken out very carefully because they had violent things done to them so we couldn't know for sure if they would attack s or not.

What Class I Would Add
The Return of Wood Shop and Introduction to Drafting
Woodworking, design of things, and building things has always been a passion of mine. Ever since I was little I have been building things with my dad since I was little so if I had been giving the chance to bring a class to Wood-Ridge High School, I would bring wood shop. This class would require a new room filed with machines and supplies needed to complete the class. This class would meet twice a day, once in the morning and once in the afternoon, where in the first meeting, students would be more geared toward drafting and blueprinting and later in the day is when the building would happen, unless ample building time is needed where in which both class times could be used for it.
The inspiration from this came from my freshman year where i took a drafting class then right after I had a contracting class. For the drafting class students would have to produce full blueprints by their Senior year and for the contracting portion, the students would work as a team to put up a small house. For the drafting section, the students would use CAD, an online blueprinting software, which is widely being used by architects now a days. Most assessments would be two part, or sometimes three. A two part assessment would consist of the blueprint portion grade combined with a hands on demonstration or build. A three part would have a written portion along with it.

- This is the Huba Shack
- It is designed to be a mountin shelter that can be airlifted into the area.
- It holds four beds inside and is completely self suficent.
- The thing sticking out of the chimney is a wind turbine which can power the lights and heat of the shack.
- A bizzare fact of the shack is that there are no right angles in it and all the windows are frosted over to provide privacy.
- The shack is able to stay at heights up to 1000 meters above sea level.

Engineering Class
At the start of this year, Engineering class has started! The engineering class has been spearheaded by Mr. Olsen this year, the Algebra II teacher, check out his website! This year I expect to learn how to draft drawings and better understand how an engineer may think and work. This class will greatly help me in my future because I hope to become an architect or an actual engineer so I am taking this class very seriously. The grading policy for this class is slightly different for this class and it is as follows:
- Homework/Do Nows: 10%
- Tests/Quizzes/Projects: 90%
There are many interesting aspects to our class. The fact that we design and build almost every week is pretty interesting. Recently, we have designed and built a phone case.
It is rumored that later in the year we will be building a go kart. I do not think a class trip is planned for this class but maybe we will be surprised with one. This class works very directly with technology.

Technology plays a huge role in an engineers life. In the architectural sense, the program CAD is used which is the computer based programs that helps draw up blueprints. A lesser version of this program would be Google Sketchup. Engineers also work closely with technology because they often improve upon those things and work on making them better. Such ways could be making something more efficient or designing something with a new material to make it cheaper.

Do Now: September 11th
September 11th means a lot to me because it was a day that I will always remember. I was in gym class in Kindergarten when the loudspeaker told our gym teacher what had happened. That day everyone went home early from school and that is also something i cannot forget. September 11th has affected all of America due to the new laws and regulations that have been implemented into our country.
